MANDIC, I. B. (2014). Perception of Fine arts by blind persons



The main objective of the doctoral dissertation: A fine art in perception of blind persons is to test the thesis that the blind are equal to sighted people in their perception of the ambient in this experimental doctoral exhibitions A fine art in perception of blind persons. The starting point for testing was to create conditions within the ambience of the exhibition with the ability to achieve an equal perception of the blind, blindfolded sighted persons and people without blindfolds. The basic aim was to integrate blind people into the cultural and social life of the community. The exhibition was an interactive, educational, experimental and integrated, and was perceived with several different senses (sight, touch, hearing, smell).
